Even while commenting on the major work that in 1910 or thereabouts provided nonobjective art with authoritative credentials, it introduces the person reluctant to accept the concept of nondescriptive art to those problematical questions concerning abstract forms that Kandinsky first posed directly in his writings and resolved through his paintings.
